The best for the price, absolutely love them and got a pair for my son.
These ear speakers blow me away. I have various headphones in my collection. I love my Vintage Audio Technica AT 705 Electrets and impressed with the AKG 702 phones. I always wanted a set of true electrostatic phones and finally decided to go with the best. At first the sound was not anywhere near what I expected, and then realized I needed to break them in. The more I played them the better the sound. At around 40 hrs they unleashed. Not bassy, distinctively clear mids and crisp highs. Well balanced IMHO. Sound stage is spot on and realistic. I paired the phones up to the Stax SRM-500T which is connected to my McIntosh MA8950 amp output. I can't stop listening. One of the better decisions I've made lately.
