STAX Warranty Policy

1. Products Purchased from U.S. and Canada-Based Retailers  
For warranty support, customers who purchased their STAX products from retailers based in the United States or Canada should contact and return the product to the original place of purchase. The retailer will assist with warranty claims in accordance with their policies and procedures.  

2. Products Purchased from STAXHeadphones.com
For products purchased directly from www.staxheadphones.com, customers should submit a warranty claim by emailing enquiry@staxheadphones.com with the following :-

I) Order Number 

II) Original purchase invoice & product serial number

III) A detailed explanation of the issue or the reason for the return or warranty claim.

Our customer service team will review the claim submitted and provide further instructions.  

3. Warranty Notice : Warranty services are non-transferable and apply solely to the original purchaser.
