STAX Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing STAX headphones! We aim to provide a seamless shipping experience to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below:

Shipping Options
We offer standard shipping via courier service to accommodate your needs:  Estimated delivery is within 5-7 business days.  

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and other external factors, such as courier delivery schedules or unforeseen delays, which we will communicate with you in advance, should such occurrences happen.

Shipping Locations 


We currently ship to the following markets:  

United States : All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.  
- Canada : All 10 provinces and 3 territories, excluding certain restricted locations (see below).  

*Exclusions: Shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and other countries for now. 

If you are unsure about shipping availability to your location, please contact us prior to placing an order.

Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Fees
STAX Headphones offers free shipping for all products to North America.

Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details. Please use this information to monitor the status of your shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Shipping) 
All customs, duties and taxes are borne by STAX Headphones currently. This includes the tariffs introduced in 2025. We will continue to offer this special support to our customers unless otherwise stated.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
