The SRM-700T combines a low-noise FET input stage with twin 6SN7 vacuum tubes in its output stage, bringing the control and clarity of a modern electrostatic driver together with the natural warmth and dimensionality of tubes.
Inspired by STAX’s flagship SRM-T8000, this hybrid design is built to reveal the speed, nuance and scale of STAX PRO-bias earspeakers. Carefully selected, pair-matched FETs, high-definition film capacitors and low-inductance resistors help preserve fine detail, transient speed and musical flow.
Switch between balanced XLR and RCA sources to suit your system, use the volume-bypass function when integrating the SRM-700T into a wider setup, and take advantage of the RCA parallel output for added flexibility.
